In early March 2011 this year, Cirque Du Soleil had invited Jimmy and signed a contract with him with Cirque Du Soleil as an “ Artistic Coach – New Creation Artistic Director ” for Cirque Du Soleil “ MICHAEL JACKSON – THE IMMORTAL WORLD TOUR ( 2011 ) ”, premiering on October 1st in Montreal at the Bell Center. After that, it will go around the world as the biggest show ever created by Cirque du Soleil. This was Jimmy’s greatest dream to be able to work with so many talented performers, that he was invited to be one of the “ Artistic coach – New Creation Artistic Director ”.

Jimmy Chan: Tonight I was invited to the premiere of Cirque de Soleil’s Michael Jackson Immortal Tour. It was an amazing and successful event. I want to take this opportunity to congratulate all of the great choreographers with fascinating acrobatic performances, dancing, and the spectacular advanced visual effects. Together, it gave out a memorable showcase that will make Michael Jackson live in our hearts forever.
It was and honor and privilege to work with the great artists on this special project as an artistic director.
